Finally done! I made a "quilt for the Mt. Aviat Academy auction". Quilting is a hobby I enjoy, but I am definitely an amateur on a good day.

Finished the Adirondack chairs; which led to refinishing the bench and side table; which led to sanding a wicker set and adding a fresh coat of paint; which led to sanding and painting new shelves for the garage; which led to repairing the outdoor dining chairs and one umbrella; which led to prepping the garden with fresh soil; which prompted Nikki to ask -

Taylor & Bryan drove in for a visit before heading to CA. Started the weekend with dinner with my girls on Friday and roasting marshmallows around the fire.💚 Wrapped up the weekend with a nun pool party with 8 amazing ladies from the Sisters of St Francis. 💚And Maggie has Goose to hang with for a couple weeks before he heads back to Boston...so she is one happy dog!

💚 Cream Puff Day 2024 💚
Hello,
As our kitchen puts out 6,500 cream puffs today, we think of Lauri who in 2024 was promoted to a cream puff filler! (See attached picture) With careful attention to be sure that each puff is filled properly, Lauri used foot pedals and a steady hand to fill hundreds and hundreds of puffs in the early hours of the morning.
We love her and miss her so much!
